1. Client Requirement Analysis
- Receive detailed job descriptions and manpower requirements
- Understand skill sets, numbers, timelines, and project-specific needs
2. Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through our partner network across India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and African countries
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable profiles based on qualifications and experience=
3. Final Client Interview, Trade Testing & skill validation
- Organize trade tests for skilled categories at approved centers
- Verify practical ability and job-readiness
- Schedule and coordinate interviews (virtual or in-person) with the employer
- Share selected candidate details for approval
4. Document Collection & Processing
- Collect required documents (passport, medical, police clearance, etc.)
- Arrange medical tests and background checks
- Ensure all paperwork complies with destination country regulations
5. Visa & Ticketing Support
- Submit all documents to client for visa processing and coordinate with agents and candidates
- Arrange flight tickets and deployment schedules upon visa issuance
6. Pre-Departure Orientation
- Conduct orientation on job role, company policies, cultural adaptation, and labour laws
- Provide travel guidelines and contact points
7. Deployment & Post-Arrival Support
- Ensure smooth travel and reception in the destination country
- Maintain post-deployment support and communication with client and deployed workers
